Exported to either:

• Single Player World .minecraft/saves/your_world_name/cobblemontrainerbattle/export
• Dedicated Server .minecraft/world/cobblemontrainerbattle/export

While it's not strictly formatted like the Showdown team JSON format, it can be used for adding custom trainers.
